On Restoring Equilibrium (Hormone Care)

Disruption to our hormone system can wreak havoc on day-to-day functioning and while it is more common than many realize, it often goes undetected on standard labs. When this happens, our bodies may need a little outside support to reset and get back on track. The options can feel overwhelming, ranging from HRT and bio-identical hormones to natural plant-based remedies, supplements, and lifestyle interventions. We're here to help you navigate this landscape and find the approach best suited to your specific needs, restoring balance from the inside out.

A regular, predictable cycle is often a quiet indicator of overall hormonal health, and when it becomes irregular, it can signal deeper imbalances worth exploring. We look closely at the rhythm of your cycle, identifying patterns and disruptions that may point to underlying causes. Our goal is to help restore natural flow and balance, supporting your body's ability to regulate itself with greater ease and consistency.

Perimenopause and menopause bring a profound shift in the body's hormonal landscape, one that can affect mood, sleep, metabolism, and overall sense of self. These transitions are natural, yet they're not always straightforward, and symptoms can range from subtle to significantly disruptive. We take a personalized approach to navigating this stage, combining medical insight with practical support to help ease the transition and restore a sense of stability and vitality.

Hormonal imbalance doesn't always call for a one-size-fits-all solution. While hormone replacement therapy can be an effective and sometimes necessary option, we also explore natural and lifestyle-based alternatives, from nutrition and targeted supplementation to stress reduction and sleep optimization that support the body's own hormonal regulation. Our goal is to find the right balance of approaches for you, whether that means pharmaceutical support, natural alternatives, or a thoughtful combination of both.

On Reconnecting with Self (Mental Health)

Our mental wellbeing is shaped by the everyday influences we often overlook and leave unaddressed, these can surface as physical and emotional symptoms that affect our daily lives. My whole-body approach to mental health, helps in understanding and revisiting the cognitive patterns that influence both behavior and bodily function.

Care includes support for the diagnosis and management of anxiety, panic disorder, and mood disorders, as well as guidance in reprocessing how the body responds to stress. I also provide comprehensive ADHD management and ongoing, personalized care.

The Mind-Body Connection

Mental health is deeply connected to our physical health, daily habits, and environment. Stress, sleep, nutrition and relationships all leave an imprint on the nervous system, often surfacing as anxiety, low mood, fatigue, or physical tension. I take a whole-body approach, exploring the cognitive and physiological patterns behind these symptoms and helping you build healthier ways of responding to life's demands.

Anxiety, Mood and the Body's Stress Response

Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders often live in the body as much as the mind. Racing thoughts, tension, disrupted sleep, or a nervous system stuck on high alert. We provide thoughtful, evidence-based support for diagnosis and ongoing management, working collaboratively with you to understand your unique experience. A key part of this work is reprocessing how your body handles stress, building greater resilience and emotional regulation over time.

ADHD Management Through Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Environment

I take a whole-person approach to managing ADHD. Key influences on symptoms include sleep, nutrition and supplements, movement, mental state and environment. Together we work on forming the foundation for sustainable, personalized strategies that support symptom control and wellbeing. For those with an existing formal diagnosis, we can also continue longstanding medication as part of your care.

On Intimacy and Curiosity (Sexual Health)

I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space to explore sexuality, relationships and intimacy. Supporting you in reconnecting with your own curiosity, navigating internal struggles with self-acceptance, and addressing sexual health through both a medical and psychological lens.

Trauma-Informed and Kink-Friendly Care

Healing, growth and exploration are deeply personal, unfolding differently for each individual.  My approach is rooted in trauma-informed principles, ensuring that past experiences are met with sensitivity, safety, and respect, never judgment. For those exploring kink, alternative relationship structures, or non-normative desires, an affirming space is provided where curiosity can be met with openness and acceptance. Every conversation is guided by consent, autonomy, and a deep respect for your individual experience.

Reconnecting with Curiosity and Inner Exploration

Many people arrive having lost touch with their own sense of wonder around intimacy, buried under years of expectation, judgment or disconnection. I offer gentle guidance back to that inner curiosity, creating space for authentic self-discovery. This is not about fitting into predefined narratives of what sexuality or relationships "should" look like, but about uncovering what feels true and alive for you.

Sexual Health;  Medical and Mental Wellbeing

True sexual wellness lives at the intersection of the physical and the psychological. I approach sexual health holistically, integrating medical expertise with mental health support to address concerns comprehensively.  Whether they involve physiological function, emotional wellbeing, or the relationship between the two. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered in each aspect of your sexual journey.

“Balance isn’t a destination. It is a daily practice.” Dr June Issma Katib

On making Meaning (Psychdelic Integration)

Psychedelic experiences; whether journeyed with intention or encountered unexpectedly, can surface powerful insights, unresolved emotions, and shifts in perspective that are not always easy to process alone. Integration is the vital work that follows each journey. Making meaning of what arose, weaving those insights into daily life and processing past experiences with care and clarity. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore and integrate these experiences, helping you translate profound moments into lasting personal growth.

Everyday foundations (Lifestyle Medicine)

Many of the conditions we manage day to day, from fatigue, poor sleep, weight fluctuations, mood changes, even chronic disease are deeply influenced by the habits we practice (or neglect) every single day.

Lifestyle medicine looks beyond symptoms to the daily foundations of health: what we eat, how we move, how we rest, and how we handle stress. Small, sustainable shifts in these areas can have a profound impact, either preventing disease, reversing parts of it, or supporting a greater sense of vitality.

Walking together

My own return to internal wisdom was catalyzed by the ancient rhythms of Gumbaynggirr Country,

the land where I now live, work, and raise my family.

I walk these paths with deep respect for the Gumbaynggirr people, the Traditional Custodians of this territory.

I acknowledge their enduring connection to the waterways, the earth, and the spirit of this place.

I pay my respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

It is an honor to facilitate healing on land that has held the stories of health and community for tens of thousands of years.
